Pulzion is the annual technical festival organized by the PICT ACM Student Chapter. Pulzion hosts multiple events including coding competitions ranging from amateur competitions to two day-long hackathons.
The festival also conducts quizzes, seminars and workshops in varied domains of Computer Science inviting distinguished speakers, which helps give students the opportunity to learn about advances in these fields.
“Being a PICT alumni myself, it was my pleasure to share my learnings and experience with the youngsters ready to graduate and step into the real world” – Mr. Sunil Uttam, Co-founder, Mithi Software Technologies.
At the event, Sunil spoke about preparing for life at work, after graduation, citing the Mithi Culture Code as an anchor, to give an idea of the work ethics and attitude expected from graduating students at the workplace.
He elaborated on the attitudes and conduct that make up for success at a workplace and what students can and should do in order to stand out and be successful.
He also conducted a round of mock interviews and gave feedback, to help students get a feel of a job interview and expectations at work.
